Teachers and others are valuable resources in assisting the learner by providing some of the tools the learner needs to process what they have learned.
I know not to touch a flame or I will be burned. I write this essay by constructing the information I have learned to date in this class. I believe a combination of e-learning technologies is the best approach because the variety offered a student will best serve them.
Also learners have different characteristics whereby presenting a variety of items to stimulate learning is essential. Stimulating and motivating a student in this environment is important to how well they learn.
Technologies that provide interaction, reflection and feedback are important considerations. What is the primary audience of learners that I serve or plan to serve in my work environment. I plan on serving adult learners in my work environment.Learning Theory 3 Typical adult learning theories encompass the basic concepts of behavioral change and experience.
